Our homemade Avocado Pickle (RAW & CRISPY) brings a unique twist to traditional Kerala-style flavours. Made with carefully selected raw avocados, blended with ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder, asafoetida, mustard seeds, fenugreek powder, vinegar, salt and sesame oil.
Small batches are prepared to maintain freshness and authentic taste in every bite. The crispiness of avocados pairs beautifully with rice, dosa, chapati, naan, sandwiches, wraps, or with any other meals. Some of the health benefits of avocados are: rich in antioxidants, high in fibre, monounsaturated fats which may support heart health.
No artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives added. Keep refrigerated always for maximum freshness and crispiness. Even though it has health benefits, it should be consumed in moderation to avoid health issues for people who are on restricted diet, because this pickle contains salt, vinegar, oil and spices.
